Bawba tries to be as flexible as possible in how you request designs but experience tells us that eMail is the best option for making requests; it's straightforward, easy to use and you can attach files if needed.

You also may not always have enough work to keep an in-house designer busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for unproductive time. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed; you're only paying a designer when you have work available for them.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one on a first in, first out basis.

Bawba is actually an agency of two. This means you'll work directly with the founders of Bawba. However, some requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

That's fine. You can just opt to pay for a single month and then pause your subscription when finished. You’ll be able to return when you have additional design needs.

On average, most requests are completed in just two working days or less from the time work starts. More complex requests, however, may take longer.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

If you cancel your account, it will end on the last day of your current subscription. Up to that point you can use the plan as normal so you may prefer to just pause the account.

You can pause your account when you need to. Normal service will continue until the last day of your current subscription and we will stop taking payments from you. You can keep it on pause until you need more work then unpause the account. Accounts paused in excess of 12 months will be assumed to have been cancelled.

No problem. We will take your feedback and keep on revising the design until you’re happy.
